Kristen Sholto-Douglas

Kristen Sholto Douglas is Development Director (Complex Projects), where she leads the identification and delivery of strategic development opportunities across the business, including decarbonisation, data centre co location, and major infrastructure projects. She works at the intersection of operations, finance and strategy, shaping commercially viable and operationally deliverable projects, and supporting Board level decision making on complex investments. Prior to this, Kristen held the role of Legal Director and Company Secretary, advising on governance and major transactions across the organisation.
