Richard Graham has worked at RS for 12 years, starting within regional commercial teams before progressing to UK Corporate and now a leadership role within the same Corporate. He leads a team of five people, who manage relationships across 50 large manufacturing, original equipment manufacturers and facility management businesses. Their purpose is to support organisations with the complex world of maintenance and repair operations supply chains, helping to create bespoke value and efficiency within an inherently complex part of any organisation’s supply chain.
Prior to RS, Richard worked for organisations within the supply chain for Telecoms infrastructure, working with customers including Virgin Media, TalkTalk, Cable & Wireless and BT. Before moving into the world of Telecoms service provision, he worked for TalkTalk Business to support customers with fibre connectivity, mobile and telco-systems.
Richard is based in the North West of England with his wife. He is a keen golfer and cyclist in his spare time. He is also currently working to complete his Masters of Business Administration with Henley Business School.
